Originally from a small historic town in Minnesota, I was raised in a theater community, and I learned how to act and write for the stage. From there, my love of the performing arts transitioned into a career in the film industry, and I moved to Los Angeles to pursue filmmaking and screenwriting professionally. Now I work as a freelance screenwriter and script editor, and on film sets I work in the art department, designing props and dressing sets.
